You have 15 calendar days to return a logo from when you receive it.
To be eligible for a return, you should have not used the logo for commercial use or any other use.
Once we receive your refund request, we will check it and keep you updated, giving you all the details when we are ready to proceed with the refund. We will try to get back to you as soon as you notify us, but please allow us at least 3 business days to make all the necessary controls.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or any other original method of payment).
You will get your money back within a given amount of days, which does not depends on us, but on your credit card provider. Contact him for further information.
